Rare Impala Armchair By Gillis Lundgren
Rare “Impala” armchair, designed by Gillis Lundgren (1929-2016) for Ikea in 1972. Padded foam cushion, upholstered in buttercup yellow velvet. Structure in chromed tubular steel. H 74 CM XP 114 CM XL 80 CM. H seat 25 CM. Gillis Lundgren was the fourth employee of the IKEA company, he is also the author of the famous “Billy” shelf.
