Service of 6 cutlery of 24 pieces including:
6 forks of 18 cm.
6 Spoons 17.6 cm.
6 silver knives and steel blade, 21.5 cm.
6 silver knives and gilt silver blade 21.3 cm.
This cutlery set is of Austro Hungarian origin and dates from the period 1872-1922 and bears the JCK hallmark for the factory of Joseph Carl Von Klinkosch (1822-1888) who was one of the best goldsmiths of Emperor Franz Joseph, moreover our cutlery bears the hallmark of the double-headed eagle which must probably be reserved for the goldsmiths who supply the emperor.
Hallmark of Diane surrounded by the letters 3 and A which corresponds to a titration 800/000 and the city of Vienna and are monogrammed AW or WA.
the set is in very good condition, just one fork which has a 2mm missing in one tooth, otherwise the teeth are little worn. the knives are not in filled silver but in thick hollow solid silver.
the forks and spoons weigh approximately 810 grams and the 12 knives weigh approximately 805 grams. Delivery by registered colissimo with insurance and delivered against signature for:
