Beautiful 19th century writing desk, in burr walnut, walnut, mother-of-pearl and brass inlay on the lid and the keyhole on the front. Brass rod around the lid. The rosewood interior is compartmentalized, leather trays, 2 inkwells. The box has its key, the lock works. Beautiful 19th century achievement. the set is in good condition, no lack but a crack on the top.
