Bronze sculpture with brown patina representing a partridge, signed J.Moigniez*, from the 19th century. Jules Moigniez (1835-1894): animal sculptor. Student of Cornoléra; he debuted at the 1855 Salon. He received an honorable mention in 1859 and was present at the 1878 Universal Exhibition. The Château de Compiègne preserves a "Pointing Dog with Pheasant" by him.
