A very nice French rifle in very good general condition despite some traces of manipulation on the wood, without breakage but with a small crack at the level of the key. English checkered and varnished walnut stock with an engraved steel butt plate. Damascus barrels, smooth 76cm. The inside of the barrels are shiny, mirror-like, with no signs of corrosion and abnormal or significant wear. Brass sight. Swan neck hammers and steel plates with beautiful engravings and signed. Finish on the barrel at +90% (no bleaching or missing). Golden signature on the barrel “H SCELLIER À PARIS” without gaps. Double direct expansion. Perfect functioning.
