Oval photo-holder medallion in onyx, embellished in its center with a six-pointed star in 750 thousandths gold and fine half-pearls. On the reverse, a small window set with gold can be removed thanks to two slightly flattened parts to allow a photo or a lock of hair to be inserted. The 750 thousandths gold bail is enamelled in black.
