Five-panel wooden screen covered with paper hand-painted with delicate scenes from the court life of the Great Mughal.
The decor is animated by a bestiary of monkeys, parrots, musicians playing the tambourine, the triangle. The great Mughal wearing a turban moves in a palanquin carried by four men.
There is a profusion of foliage, fruits, flowers of all kinds. A procession of marvelously dressed and capped women walks along a wooden balustrade near a small house.

Each panel is 50 cm wide.
Three panels are integral with each other, two other panels are with each other.
Possibility of bringing all five together by adding hinges, but this makes moving the screen more complicated.
In places the wallpaper is slightly blistered, some wear and tear, which does not detract from its charm.
