Rare games table in engraved, lacquered and silvered linden wood in a rectangular quadrilateral shape. Middle living room table with multi-lobed cabaret top provided with angular appendages, sheathed in old silver-coloured silk. Our table rests on a base with four slender, arched legs connected by four slender longitudinal crosspieces finely engraved with stylized acanthus motifs on a cream lacquer background enhanced with perfectly original leaf silvering. The cabaret tray allowed dice, cards or other thrown tokens not to leave it. The angular appendages, very appreciable these days for depositing your glass, were designed with the aim of arranging candlesticks or candelabras there in order to illuminate the game without hindering the shuffling of the cards; rounded they blocked the candlesticks.
