Old Ice Cream Cart
Authentic ice cream cart around 1900. Originally gas lighting. Recently re-electrified with two pretty torch-shaped glassware. At the time, you could put blocks of ice in the box below to keep the ice cream at temperature. This crate is made of painted wood with a different seaside decor on each panel. Original labels of the different flavors: raspberry, vanilla, pistachio, chocolate. Pretty striped canvas "Deauville style". Two side boxes were used to store the ice cream cones. Very nice decorative item!
