Art Nouveau vase, in gilded bronze signed by Charles Korschann (1872-1943) and Paul Louchet (1854-1936) circa 1900.
Description:
Young woman standing, naked, surrounded by poppies. At the top of the vase is a bat.
The two signatures are on the other side of the vase:
On the right, Ch. Korschann and on the left, Louchet for the founder.
Paul Louchet exhibited at the Paris Salon. Friend of Majorelle, Daum and Lalique, he was president of the Syndicate Chamber of Bronze Manufacturers.
The decorative fabric in the background is modern, in linen, it can be used as a plaid, bedspread, tablecloth or curtains. (270x280cm)
