Regency Style Carved Rosewood Bellows
Beautiful and large rosewood bellows carved with foliage scrolls, shell and pearls. We can note the part between the body and the brass tip carved in a kind of ball simulating a gnarled root. Body of the bellows in red leather, original and vignette with small gilded irons. This bellows is in good general condition, we can note wooden elements formerly glued and a fragility in the lower part of the leather body. If it is in working order, it remains above all a magnificent decorative element. French Regency style work circa 1840.
