"Bust Of Old Bearded Man - Russian Beggar?"
Bust of bearded old man wearing cloak over left shoulder while right shoulder is bare. The long beard and the long hair, the narrowed eyes and the tilted head make one think of an old man of Slavic type. Is this a Russian beggar? This type of work can be compared to the series of fancy busts and "poor hères" by Jean Carriès.
