Landscape animated with figures and a cow in front of a cottage next to a bridge. Oil on canvas signed lower right. It is certainly the work of Charles Dominique Vivant CONSTANT, born January 8, 1804 in Dijon, who was a pupil of Bertin and Roqueplan, and who exhibited in Paris from 1834 to 1844.
