It features two small leaves that open like a window to show the relic in a small metal and beveled glass medal, inserted into a bouquet of small silk flowers. The finely crafted silk embroidery with plant motifs is combined with metallic filigree thread and sequins. The relic is crowned with metallic embroidery.
