Pair Of Large Hyacinthe Vases, Kralik, Art Nouveau Bohemian Ca. 1900

A pair of large "Hyacinth" vases in iridescent glass. Their slender silhouette gives them a lightness and the colors shimmer according to the angle of view and the angle of incidence. They come from the famous Czech art glass factory Wilhelm Kralik Sohne. The company founded by Wilhelm Kralik (1806-1877) at the time of his death included at least seven glassworks, some of which were taken over by his four sons.
