Silver housewife signed Georg Jensen, Danish designer and silversmith. Continental model (or Antik in Denmark) created in 1906. Produced between 1940 and 1949. Hallmarked and signed “Georg Jensen - Sterling Denmark”. The sleek line is enhanced by a graphic and discreet chiselling. The chiseled handle detail is inspired by traditional Scandinavian wooden utensils. Created at the beginning of the 20th century, this model already bears the codes of art deco, between geometry and elegance.
