Gouache signed Albert Sébille * representing several boats sailing: a beautiful three-masted vessel flying the French flag, as well as a battleship type warship most certainly named "Tiger * with medallions with this effigy in the angles, from the twentieth century. . This gouache is in good condition. Signed lower right. Under glass. Note: some tiny accidents on the frame, slight yellowing on the paper, wear of time, see photos. * Albert Sébille (1874-1953) is a French painter Albert Sébille was the son of Ernest Léopold Sébille, architect, and Eugénie Marie Richard, a pupil of Jean Léon Gérôme at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, and was appointed official painter of the Navy in 1906.
