Small lady's secretary, simulating a ragpicker, Transition period Lovely little lady's secretary, or between two, in violet and amaranth wood veneer. Adorned with five drawers on the front, it opens with a flap revealing two small drawers and a writing desk lined with morocco. Below, three drawers, fitted with an original lock in working order. St Anne gray marble top, thick, in good condition. Very good quality buffer varnish recently made. Uprights with cut sides, arched feet ending in gilded bronze shoes. Richly decorated with finely chiseled gilded bronzes. Louis XV / Louis XVI Transition Period. Height 1.10 Depth 0.35 Width 0.50 Height writing desk: 0.72 Measurements writing desk: 0.37x0.34
