Flemish Painting - Return From Fishing - Late 17th Century

Painting depicting a fish market scene by the river. Numerous characters and animals, boats and fishermen, the backdrop of the hills with buildings including a tower and, in the first scene, fish merchants and horses harnessed to carts. Flemish school - 17th century. This work brings to mind the paintings produced in collaboration by Frans Boudewyns (1644 - 1711) and Pieter Bout (1658 - 1719), or by their compatriot Mathieu Schoevaerts (1665 - 1702). Dimensions: frame: 96 cm x72 cm view: 80 cm x 56 cm. Reentoilé table, old restorations. As it is - gilded frame from the early 19th century with small accidents.
