Still life representing a vase of flowers rich in particularly colorful and bright botanical species. The work, of beautiful dimensions, is part of a splendid couple painted by Giacomo Nani, a Neapolitan painter specialized in the production of still lifes of flowers often accompanied by domestic animals, typical foods of the time and of kitchen items. He was the pupil of Gaspare Lopez from whom he drew the luminous chromaticism and the technique of composition.
