Beautiful pair of cups / bobeches in gilded bronze with mercury, scene relating to Ancient Egypt, animated by many characters and animals such as cow, horse, camel and birds, with a beautiful alternation of matt and burnished. On the reverse, a shower of stars symbolizing the sky with, again, a beautiful alternation of matt and brown. The whole is in very good condition and has just been cleaned.
