Rare Empire Gilt Bronze Clock
Remarkable pendulum in gilded bronze two tones amati and shiny, allegory of maritime trade. This clock is a model of the bronzier André Galle (a model without the character in the niche on the facade signed Galle rue Richelieu sold at Sotheby's Amsterdam on 05/25/2004, see the last picture). The gilding is in very good condition, some traces of oxidation on the sides. The clock works perfectly
