Clock In Gilt Bronze, Empire Period - Ls4385901
Clock in chiselled and gilt bronze composed by a rectangular base on which stand the dial-plate and a statuette of Bacchus. Round dial-plate with Roman numbers off-center on the right part. Façade adorned with horns of abundance, vegetal scrolls, acanthus leaves and a Bacchanthe. Dial-plate toped by ewer on a piedestal, on which lays panpipes. On the left of the dial-plate, a statuette of Bacchus holds a cup in his right hand and a thyrsus in his left hand.
