CHARMING TENDER PORCELAIN BOTTLE FROM MENNECY, 1745-1765
** De Villeroy-Mennecy **
Oval-shaped surmounted by a circular stopper, with molded decoration in imitation of basketry, it is embellished with a beautiful polychrome decoration painted with thrown with bouquets of flowers and flowering twigs.
The fretel formed by a flower bud (note a small lack of the stem; see photo).
On the reverse side, a partially erased, illegible painted mark (the DV mark is perhaps under the oven attachment which concerns the reverse as you can see in the photo below; but it is not systematic).
