Oriental dancer sitting cross-legged, alabaster sculpture from the Art-Deco period (early 20th century) signed T. CIPRIANI. Télémaco Cipriani was of Italian origin (brother of Adolfo Cipriani) their works appreciated throughout Europe, he was active from the end of the XIXth to the beginning of the XXth century. Signed on the back of its base, this beautifully sized statue is in perfect condition and has no restoration.
