Iridescent Pallme-könig Bohemian Art Nouveau Loetz Vase with brass frame, hot stretched neck and decoration of black glass threads added and hot rolled on an iridescent decoration Created in 1786 in Steinschonau, Austria, the Pallme-Konig glassworks became in the years 1889, with its descendants, the Pallme-Konig & Habbel glassworks specialized in the manufacture and export of high quality glasses whose particularity during the Art Nouveau period is to mix asymmetrical structures with interlacings of glass applied to warm, some of which were topped with a metal case.His productions and those of Loetz are among the Austrian references.
