The elegant antique north Italian (Genoa) Louis XV period writing desk, called also bureau plat, is made of paved and inlaid precious woods. It have a beautiful wavy line with slender but solid legs. The desk have an elegant green insert leather with a gold decoration. The legs end with original heads in gilded bronze finely chiselled. Plenty of space for your writing needs and a comfortable large drawers, with original knob ormolu, on the front. The back is well finished and this desk can also be used as a center table.
