Late 15th Century, Medieval / Gothic Period, Carved Limestone Sculpture Of An Angel
A beautiful weathered limestone sculptur representing an angel represented kneeling and dressed in dresses. Dating from the end of the medieval / Gothic period (15th century). Most likely removed from a grave since the left side and back are simple in shape. Presented on a contemporary blackened steel support / base made by a local blacksmith. Professionally restored by master stone mason Serge van Druten
