Beautiful cartel Louis XV veneer of green horn and ornamentation of Rococo bronzes. Bati stamped "A.DUBOIS" and "JME" punch of Jurande. The dial is composed of twenty five enameled cartridges and is signed "GOSSELIN in Paris". Original movement also signed GOSSELIN in PARIS. Wire suspense. Adrien DUBOIS: Jean-Philippe GOSSELIN: Paris watchmaker received Master in 1717, installed Rue Des Petits Champs in 1740, then Rue St-Honoré from 1753-57; Died in 1766.
