Demi-moon Console In Painted And Gilded Wood Louis XVI
Console Louis XVI half-moon shape painted and gilded wood, the sleepers are decorated with friezes of interlacing, garlands of flowers and foliage, in the center a knot of ribbons. It rests on four fluted feet, rudentures, carved with a sheet of acanthus at the base, they are joined by a spacer cross centered of a vase with antique flowers. The veined gray marble top is molded with a fillet. Louis XVI period
