"Mirror In Olive Veneer."
Rare mirrored mirror in olive veneer on a fir tree. Thick inverted profile (concave and convex) framed by all its original chopsticks. This type of mirror was often called "Protestant mirror" because made by Dutch workers settled in Languedoc. Central part with bevelled ice with mercury. Wrought iron hook on the back. Pretty vintage foils in brass repoussé. Languedoc, 17th century
