Chene Wood Sculpture
Sculpture in oak wood, base (17X12.5) in resinous. Saint figure draped in a long coat falling to the ground and breaking on the feet. The folds are well marked. A very soft face is framed by curly hair and tied in a bun. The red dress is belted, and the polychrome is present. The arms are missing. Very good proportion for this sculpture of the early eighteenth century H.: 40 cm L. : 15 cm
