French Industrial Animated Windmill Clock
Rare French industrial animated clock in the shape of a windmill (Guilmet productions circa 1885)
Dial under an aneroid barometer with thermometers on each side (centigrade and fahrenheit in good condition).
Advance / delay setting at six o'clock, works fine.
The window of the barometer is slotted and window of the clock is missing.
The middle section has a textured surface resembling a stone structure, certainly silvered (to clean).
Second mechanism to the base acivated by a spring whose winding hole is hidden behind a door.
The mechanism operating the mill works, the strap that actuates the wings of the mill is a little distended.
Black marble base with some accidents.
With two winding keys.
In good original condition
Height 42 cm / 16,5" without the wings of the mill.
