Office Chair S. Renaissance Napoleon III & Its Two Fireside Velvet Genoa
Napoleon III, this pretty armchair & its faubourg Saint-Antoine in Paris are in good condition. They were cleverly covered with a very beautiful Genoa velvet of high quality. Armchairs very flexible & comfortable. Thanks to its two fires, it could agree on both sides of an office. They are blackened of origin, with a pretty patina, in particular the wear with the armrests, or one perceives the fineness of the pear grain. The sculpture and the molding is very beautiful such as it was known to do in Parisian workshops at the end of the 19th century.
