A lot of freshness in the colors. The landscape is swept with an opalescent light that gives the forms an unreal and sensitive aspect.

This is Félix Vionnois, born in 1841 in Dijon, died in 1902, watercolourist and architect. Pupil of L. H Lebas and P. Ginain.

Period late nineteenth (dated 99) lower right.
Condition: Good condition, the paper has slightly yellowed but the colors are fresh. Very few foxing barely visible. The Marie-Louise presents some small accidents, it is a little stained. Usury of use and small accidents on the frame XIX ème .
