Charming little square mirror. The original ice is framed by a row of gold beads arranged in moldings painted red, the color that should not be confused with the base of the visible gilding.
Typically Louis XVI, the carved and gilded frame is surmounted by a pediment with garlands and laurel wreath painted in natural, taped and accompanied by branches of roses. The same laurel wreath can be observed in the lower part of the mirror.
