beautiful and rare pair of nineteenth lions in faience Luneville. They are large and rest on a rectangular mottled green base, shown lying on the front 2 long legs, head turned a quarter of a turn and the tail on the back. The colors remained bright and luminous, the manes with yellow background, the tail the paws and the manganese mouth. Work of very high quality in excellent state of conservation, some very small égrainures.
