"Palmyra Dancer, Signed Chiparus"
"The dancer of Palmyra", early 20th century statue (Art Deco) signed Chiparus: Demeter Haralamb Chiparus born in Romania in 1886 begins in Florence in 1909, active in Paris from 1912 until 1947. Signature on the base in onyx amber and assembled, stamp of the melter LNJL PARIS: The Neveux de jules Lehmann (encrusted pastille). Good original condition, golden and silver patina in normal wear according to its age visible in the photos. Height of the statue without the base: 49.5 cm
