Bronze statue from the early 20th century (old cast iron) edited from the work created in 1893 by the sculptor Pierre Campagne. Beautiful condition, nuanced green-brown patina with little visible wear. Signature on the base. Pierre Etienne Daniel Campagne was born in Gontaud-de-Nogaret (Lot et Garonne) trained by Alexandre Falguière, he is a member of the Society of French Artists, his participation in the Salon began in 1889.
