Inkwell Inkwell Boulle Marquetry
Ballpoint marquetry box in rectangular shape. Spirit Louis XIV 'inlay partly with a tortoiseshell background. It has 4 compartments including two concave and two covered. The set is enhanced by a mount of bronze nets. dimensions: 34.5 cm long and 26 cm wide. The central compartment is 15 cm deep and the overall height is 9 cm. Note, the bronzes have been retaken but are not gilded.
