Louis Majorelle Art Nouveau Display Sideboard "daisies And Butterflies"
A stunning display cabinet crafted from solid walnut, featuring molded and carved details.
The cabinet captivates with its architectural and harmonious silhouette, accentuated by a curved crown molding at the top and side display cases. The central section, featuring a mirror, sits above an open space comprising several shelves, flanked by two side sections enclosed by doors.
The piece is enhanced by a remarkable floral marquetry design featuring daisies and butterflies, delicately arranged on the lower doors.
The decorative backing of the shelves, adorned with a motif of stylized peacock feathers, adds further depth to the composition and attests to the attention to detail.
Gilded bronze lock plates and keys.
