Galerie Georgette Art Nouveau is pleased to offer this charming Art Nouveau bench/sofa. This bench comfortably seats two people. It was crafted in the 1980s from an Art Nouveau bed. It is, therefore, a beautiful example of cabinetmaking craftsmanship, transforming an existing piece of furniture dating from 1930 into a piece with a more contemporary purpose. Both sides of the bench, as well as the top, are decorated with floral motifs typical of the Art Nouveau style. The piece is made of honey-colored pichpin wood and is very sturdy in use. Galerie Georgette is proud to present this piece, which will inspire further projects if it achieves the success it deserves.
