Louis XVI-style Floor Lamp.
A late 18th-century-inspired floor lamp in gilded bronze and brass with a smoky black patina.
The round base, made of sea-green marble, is weighted with lead and topped with a gilded, molded plate, from which a fluted tube extends vertically; At the top, a ring secures the gracefully curved arm, decorated with an acanthus leaf—all gilded—and at the end, a vertical rod supports the two sockets holding the light bulbs and the black-beige pleated lampshade, which I had custom-made.
The upper rod slides within the larger main shaft, secured by a gilt-bronze tightening mechanism that allows you to set the height to your exact requirements; it can also rotate 360 degrees.
