Rectangular plate with cut edges, 5.3 cm high, 5 cm wide, made of brass and embossed with the coat of arms of the City of Paris, surmounting the Order of the Legion of Honor (1909), with a ribbon bearing the inscription “SAPEURS POMPIERS.” Complete with its hook and loop fastener. Brown leather belt. The buckle and belt share the same number: “6057.”
