Jules Giraud, a French artist and flower painter, was born in Digne (Basse-Alpes) in the 19th century. He made his debut at the 1879 Salon. He was a member of the Society of French Artists from 1890 onward. This artist’s works are often listed and confused with those of Jules Lazare Giraud (1804–1869).
