9-light Art Deco Chandelier In Bronze And Glass, France, 1925–1930, Restored
French Art Deco-era chandelier, made of silver-plated bronze and patterned glass.
The structure consists of a central body suspended by four tubular rods that connect to a central bowl, whose shape evokes a wide corolla or a stylized shell. Four outer bells made of satin-finished glass, with undulating profiles, are supported by bronze arms decorated with shell motifs, typical of the decorative style of the 1920s.
The central bowl houses five light fixtures with E27 sockets, while each of the four bells accommodates a single bulb with an E14 socket.
This significant chandelier has been fully restored in our workshop, including a complete rewiring, and is ready for installation. The restoration involved replacing the four tulip-shaped shades; the ones currently fitted are not the originals and are secured by a threaded ring on the socket, whereas the originals were held in place by three tightening screws at the neck of the shade. Despite this modification, the shades harmonize perfectly with the chandelier's overall aesthetic. Slight signs of use remain, consistent with the piece's age.

-Total diameter: 75 cm
-Central bowl: height 17 cm; width 27 cm
