An elegant and highly desirable Cartier Tank Américaine ladies’ wristwatch, reference WB7012K2, crafted in solid 18-karat yellow gold and distinguished by its factory diamond-set case and integrated gold bracelet.

Dating to circa 2000, this refined example of Cartier’s celebrated Tank Américaine combines the elongated architectural lines of the Tank design with the richness of yellow gold and understated diamond embellishment.

The rectangular 18K yellow gold case is bordered on both sides by two rows of factory-set round brilliant-cut diamonds, creating an elegant frame around the dial while retaining the clean proportions characteristic of the Tank Américaine.

The silvered dial features bold black Roman numerals, an inner railway minute track and Cartier’s signature blued-steel sword-shaped hands. The traditional Cartier secret signature is incorporated within the VII numeral.

Completing the case is the distinctive faceted winding crown, set with a diamond.

The watch is fitted with its substantial integrated multi-link 18K yellow gold Cartier bracelet, giving the piece an impressive total gross weight of approximately 75.5 grams.
