Baroque Headboard In New Red Velvet, With Silver-plated Scrollwork, Early 20th Century
An imposing headboard with a scalloped pediment, richly adorned with volutes and foliage. Its repoussé and silver-plated metal friezes elegantly accentuate its Baroque silhouette.
The new red velvet provides a striking contrast to the silver embellishments and highlights the sculpture’s relief.
The symmetrical composition, dominated by a central foliage motif, gives this piece a beautiful presence.
A decorative and spectacular headboard, ideal for adding character and elegance to a bedroom.
