made of walnut and walnut veneer,
the top of the backrest reveals three compartments,
the hinged seat reveals a earthenware basin,
most likely Rouen earthenware,
Rich decoration in shades of blue featuring floral scrollwork,
Curved legs; seat and backrest upholstered in leather (showing signs of wear and age),
A stamp is present, to be identified,
The JME hallmark is present, See photos,
In good, used condition; typical restoration marks; one leg has been restored (re-glued),

The basin is in good condition for its age; however, there are some chips on the rim,
