Rare 925 silver hand mirror signed MATL, crafted by the renowned Mexican designer Matilde Poulat.
The frame is richly adorned with square-cut amethysts alternating with small turquoise cabochons, in a style typical of mid-20th-century Mexican craftsmanship.
The reverse bears several hallmarks and markings, including the signature “Matl”, the inscription Mexico 925, and the registration number M. REG 142093, which corresponds to the workshop’s known markings.
The mirror features an elegant teardrop-shaped handle, finished with a scroll motif.
